This is hands-down the best Banfield I’ve ever visited! The team made everything so easy, and they got me in super fast. I could tell they truly care about my pet’s well-being. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came for a simple health certificate. I asked for the cost before I made the appointment because I was shopping around various vet offices for this unnecessarily expensive service. They quoted me $125 less than what they actually charged me and I did not get anything extra. They also DOUBLED their cost for a health certificate in less than 1 year (my 2nd time coming to them for this). AND they sent me the incorrect health certificate forms multiple times which caused much confusion for the Japanese animal control I was sending the forms to. They almost caused us to get denied entry into Japan because they wouldn’t email me the correct health certificate and instead continued to send an airline form that I never requested. Do not trust their price quotes and do not hesitate to call them out when you see they are not providing the service requested. Better yet, look for a vet that is privately owned and not owned by a private equity company like Banfield. I wasn’t going to write this, but they keep sending me texts asking for a review of my experience so I’m giving them what they asked for. You’re welcome, Banfield.

My senior plus plan-covered pet got free dental cleaning and removal of her ruptured and other largest cyst (she's a lab and sadly this happens a LOT) yesterday. 4 cysts! Her surgery was done within the window of the dental cleaning, which means less money and risks of being under for my 9 year old pooch! They called to check in and keep me updated etc. several times yesterday and even checked in on my little patient today! They charged half the price the place by me quoted and the place by me didn't think they could get all her lumps so it would've meant another surgery more down time and more money. Do they offer services and plans that chain businesses offer and you may have to think about it and decline offers? Yes. But mostly the same things a regular vet would and the plan has saved me thousands already! Thanks Banfield!

I'm sorry to have to say that we are very disappointed in the way Banfield runs their hospitals. We've been taking our dogs there for over 15 years and we cannot believe how much it's changed in the last five years. I feel like we are getting nickel and dimed for things that used to be relatively inexpensive or included in the plan. Only the nickels and dimes are hundreds of dollars. The whole veterinary business has changed so much since all the big corporations are buying up all of the small independents, thereby controlling the pricing in many areas of the country.

Friendly staff, clean premises and Dr. Sankara is the best. We trust her and our dogs adore her. She recently performed a successful surgery on our dog and was very supportive & patient with our concerns throughout the recovery. She has a knack of keeping our dogs calm and us as well. Thank you so much Dr. Sankara, we appreciate you!
