- NNNann6 days ago5.0Took my pug in there and when we walked in we were noticed with "hello Ellie May, your not feeling well? Let me get your room ready for you ok." We had only been there 1other time for her first check up. Everyone there was so understanding, caring and concerned about our little girl. They were very considerate of us and took her to get some lab work done. Brought her back, we waited about 10 minutes they came in with a diagnosis and some antibiotics, want to check on her 3 days after they are gone. Everyone of their staff is wonderful! Her groomer from across the hall came over to check on her and make sure she was OK. We love our Petco family!

The manager is so kind and the care team listened to my boundaries when it came to my pwt who ha behavioral issues, which made me feel heard. They took very good care of my dog, and I will definitely keep going back. I cant remember which doctor I saw, but thank you vetco team ! 😊

Then I found VETCO and my dogs have updated vaccines in 3 days! Life saving and a wonderful experience- affordable both Bill the Vet and the vet tech- a Husky mother- were fantastic! So was the woman at the front desk. Thank you for being only 50 miles away and available!!!
