The vets and vet techs never have a clue what they’re talking about. They can’t even tell gender, age, anything on a kitten. Told me a kitten I brought in was 3 weeks, turns out she’s 4 1/2, way too small for their age and would’ve been great to know but they didn’t know that. Also said she’s a boy. Acted extremely certain about it and then told me she’s healthy when that also wasn’t true? They don’t actually check for anything they just say everything looks fine but try to get you to pay for random things your pet “needs done” that they never actually checked for. One of my cats had kidney failure diagnosed fast and easy by another vet and at that point had to be put down. Vetco was the first vet I went to and they told me she “ate something bad and it hurt her tongue”??? Gave her shots she didn’t need after that for I don’t even know what. I don’t blame vetco for my cat needing to be put down but it would’ve been better know actually know what was wrong the first time I took her to the vet instead of leaving thinking she was fine and to wait out the symptoms to go away. They charge how much a normal good vet would so just don’t go here. Also there’s another vet that does free first exam so skip this place and go there.

I took both of my xl bullies here(one adult one baby), from the time I went in to the time we left it was an all around awesome experience, they didn’t make me muzzle due to the breed, they loved on both of them and their exams were super thorough, I cannot remember the name of the tech that helped us but she had dark hair and glasses and was so awesome with them also! I will definitely be taking them back routinely, thank you guys for making it the best experience for my babies
