  Irie was extremely informative and helpful to me today. I could not have asked for a better experience or explanation of salt water tank set up and guidance. Everytime I am in this petco the staff is so wonderful. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My dog had her teeth cleaned at vetco. It was so easy to get it done. I was relieved that my dog was in good hands. Thank you especially to Jaclyn. She took such good care of Nela even following up with a phone call the next day to see if she was doing well. That's customer service, love, all at a good price. The doctor and the staff have been incredibly helpful. I don't understand negative reviews. I would say this was the best vet I've ever been to. Fear not, this stuff will not disappoint!   My last experience here was not anything to brag about but to question my sanity. My dog had her appointment scheduled with her regular groomer for 9:00 am the Saturday before Christmas. We arrived early and were chatting with other pet parents who were bringing in their critters too. Evidently, it was also one of the groomers birthday and she called in so her clients were moved over to C out groomer so she was double-booked. I checked my dog in and the dogs continued to come in. I left the shop around 9:15 and received a call from C that my dog was ready. I questioned it but was bluntly told she crapped in the kennel and had to clean that up and clean my dog. Wow! I was both caught off guard and embarrassed. When I picked up my girl she felt very dry, kind of like dry shampoo or something, no fresh scent as she normally has after a groom and I paid not only for her groom but the insane $29.99 for their promotional holiday scent and scarf. The scarf was far too big for my girl and again, no softness or scent on my girl. Petco, if you're going to double-book your clients, please take your time with each pet. Please know, I did let about a week go by and I reached out to C to ask if my dog gave her a bad time or if something happened and was told no. For now I am bathing my girl at home and our Vet trims her toes.

  Starts with their Vitalcare and adding the purchase and services to the right account, it’s been a nightmare… I have 3 dogs, I went with Petco for a more smooth service, well that was the worst decision I made, I spend more time explaining myself to the groomers, the managers, online, and customer service… I can probably do their job by now… And every time I get ask the same question, we need your pets shots, HELLO you have that information?!?!? They been there several times… I’m done with them, and their customer service
