When we got there the groomer seemed very overwhelmed and told me they are hoping to get my dog groomed by 530 when they close (his appt was at 130). We discussed the length I wanted him cut and the package I had pre-booked online (basic grooming package). The groomer then had me sign paperwork and I left. At 525 I called to ask if my dog was ready and they said they were trying to finish it would be another 20 minutes. I picked up my dog who was cut alarmingly short. Much shorter than we had discussed. The groomer quickly left and when I went to pay I was told the total was over $100. The package I prebooked online and discussed with the groomer was around $56. When I asked the cashier he pretty much shrugged it off saying the groomer left and he didn’t know what to do. I paid and left frustrated. I called the following day to speak with a manager who told me this has happened before and he would refund me. I am frustrated my dog was there over 4 hours, wasn’t cut well and I was overcharged. I will not be returning.
