  Employees do their jobs well. Petco is the problem. As a loyal customer for over 20 years they have decided to punish me. I no longer get discounts as a loyal customer. I am forced to shop through online purchases only to receive my discounts by paying online even if I go to the store to pick up.

  Not the biggest Petco. But a great selection. Staff is always very helpful.

  I would give it zero stars if I could the staff and stuff is fine but they do not ethically source there hamsters AT ALL and are breed in hamster mills bbbaaaddd!!!

  Went to this store to look at animals having lost two in the last month. Walking through the store every animal was in need of it's cage needing to be cleaned and in poor health. I had been talking to multiple members about a particular animal they had in their center for weeks. Told em I was on my way as I had a 47 min dr. Through Portland traffic to get told in person they don't do adoptions after a certain time. To them I'd be back in the morning. Took me a bit to get the littles ones up and ready for the day so wasn't at their doors at dawns ass crack but when I finally got there they were adopting him out. The team was extremely rude in saying they don't hold pets. Between the health of the animals, the cleanliness of the store and the rude behavior of its employees I don't suggest you go here until the entire place has been gone through by corporate

  Garbage pet store. Dirty with rude employees. I came to adopt a kitten yesterday and they told me I couldn't because it was past 6:00. So I told them I would be here by 11:00 the following morning. Call them at 10:50 to tell them I was on the way and make sure the kitten was still available they told me he was and they would see me soon. I arrived and they were adopting it out to somebody else. Told me it's not their problem. Garbage store with garbage practices.
