Walking through the store every animal was in need of it's cage needing to be cleaned and in poor health. I had been talking to multiple members about a particular animal they had in their center for weeks. Told em I was on my way as I had a 47 min dr. Through Portland traffic to get told in person they don't do adoptions after a certain time. To them I'd be back in the morning. Took me a bit to get the littles ones up and ready for the day so wasn't at their doors at dawns ass crack but when I finally got there they were adopting him out. The team was extremely rude in saying they don't hold pets. Between the health of the animals, the cleanliness of the store and the rude behavior of its employees I don't suggest you go here until the entire place has been gone through by corporate

So I told them I would be here by 11:00 the following morning. Call them at 10:50 to tell them I was on the way and make sure the kitten was still available they told me he was and they would see me soon. I arrived and they were adopting it out to somebody else. Told me it's not their problem. Garbage store with garbage practices.
