I don’t think I can actually say enough good things about Dr. Johnson, Sueltana, Sarah and Amanda. Our dog is reactive and this team has always been very quick to listen to us and support our ideas for how we navigate visits. We’re very appreciative of all the hard work this team does, the care the give, and the patience they have. Thank you so much!

Always the best customer service. I get many compliments and feel the most comfortable leaving my black lab in there care, the staff is always so kind and patient no matter who we see. I recommend the Lake Oswego location, I’ve tried Tualatin and it does not even compare.

My pup had an appointment on the 8/15. We were asked to bring in a fecal sample which we did. Fast forward to 8/20 dog starts having really bad diarrhea. We get him into the West Linn Banfield on 8/25 and they inform us that there is notes in his chart stating on 8/15 his fecal sample came back positive for Giardia and there were instructions in there for someone to give us a call. But they never did. If they would have called us on 8/15 he could have started and finished treatment and not had explosive diarrhea all over the house. Not to mention he had been at his dog trainers during this time and this is a very contagious parasite. We would not have had him where other dogs are. Very disappointed they dropped the ball
