In the lobby I heard the gals talking something about lawyers. The tech and doctor were both very nervous and in fact the vet came in with two different muzzles. I have been with Lapine Animal Hospital for years and my dog has not been a problem. Very bad vibe. Hopefully my Ava will stay healthy and I don’t have to go back. Maybe it’s not the animals’ fault? Oh now they deny answering my calls. Hopefully Ava will get better as I was told she would. Don’t know now because they won’t answer my calls. For anyone who is a patient of LAH should think twice. Dr Ginnie I think it was that wanted to muzzle my girl for no reason. I am pissed and will not go back unless I absolutely have to. We are rural here so we don’t have many options.

this place sucks, i tried them some yrs ago, and just as screwed up now as they were than. I called them 3 times on sat. only to leave messages. i finally drove in with my dog with a torn acc. no clients, 1 nurse n 1 doc. and instead of helping me they just referred me out because they were simply being lazy. than the next clinic there was a lady that had the same issue earlier in the day. the last time i was there they held my dog for ransom. she got hit by a car, mine, and after 6 hours of waiting to hear about my dog getn her injuries fixed, they hadnt done anything except sedate her and said were waiting for you to pay us prior to doing anything. and even than they did nothing n charged me 900.00
