However, the prices can be a bit higher compared to other places, and I wish they had a larger variety of natural food options. Overall, it's a decent spot for my pet needs.

- KSKylie Sanchez5 days ago1.0Helpful employees. This review is for the company, not the employees. Every bit of the aquatic section needs to be completely overhauled. The tanks are disgusting, filthy, overrun with algea and gunk. The fish are lackluster and poorly cared for. The plants are worthless, and almost entirely dead. Their betta section is unquestionably animal cruelty with several dead, emaciated, malnourished bettas in disgraceful conditions. Cloudy water, evident dropsy, popeyes, torn, missing and clamped fins, etc. Get it together, Petco. This seems to be an ongoing issue from the look of the reviews. BOYCOTT THIS STORE.

I had an appointment on 4/6 for my dog to be groomed and they canceled at the last minute. I went in and there was only one groomer there, when there’s usually 3-4. They wanted me to reschedule, but I’m going to go somewhere that’s more reliable.
