Dr. J and the vet tech Sarah at keizer location VTC were super kind and very helpful with understanding my dogs injury. They treated him with care and made sure I had all my questions answered. I will be going back to them for any ongoing care needs.

Took my old dog on to have a lump looked at. Dr.J was thorough, answered my many questions. She found another problem i didn’t know about. She was very welcoming and friendly. She gave me her recommendations and a cost estimate. I didn’t feel rushed in her exam and diagnosis.
All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing service! The vet was incredible. She is so knowledgeable and explains everything to make sure you have a clear understanding. You can tell she is in this line of business because she loves animals and cares about them.

Don't waste your money. Charge twice as much as a regular vet for subpar service (they didn't even examine the cat in the room). Took a kitten there for vaccines due to their free first exam and only being 5 minutes from my house. Serves me right for being lazy and not wanting to drive to my vet for kitten vaccines. Paid $159.99 for two vaccines, FELV test, dewormer and a dose of flea control. Which I thought was high but did not dispute it. They rescheduled my booster appointment because their vet was out sick and when I spoke with them on the phone I was told there won't be a veterinary exam fee for a vaccine appointment. l Had my grandma take the kitten in for boosters thinking it would be just the cost of one vaccine but it ended up being $109.99 for one vaccine (other one was already paid for at previous visit). A regular vet clinic charges an exam fee of $50-65 and then the cost of vaccines- which the one I got charged at the booster visit for was $52 at Petco and would have been $36 at the regular vet WITHOUT a stupid $52.00 "Tech Visit fee" and a disposal fee. Having worked in vet clinics and have a good vet I see 30 minutes away I am completely disgusted with how this place is only in it for the money and takes advantage of people. When I called and asked to speak to a manager I got a call back from a receptionist and she said she will have a manager call me- Said manager only texted me saying that they gave me estimates and I was aware of all the additional charges...
I have never been so offended or disgusted by a "veterinary practice"
When people say that veterinary clinics are only in it for the money they are definitely talking about this place!
