Can you please train your employees to bring the orders out to the car?? The way it works is I arrive. I open the app and let them know I’m by the entrance. Waiting. Waiting. Resubmit. 10-15 mins later I go inside. Are they slammed? No. An employee I talk to looks on her device, “oh your order is ready. It’s over there.” Pointing to the front checkout and tells me to get a cart to load my heavy items. How lame is that 😂 But because I had my XLarge dog with me (which is why I ordered for curbside, so we wouldn’t have to go in) and bc I’m not a Karen I asked her nicely to do it and bring it out to my car. She probably thought she was doing me a favor. So I got the curbside discount by ordering online but I was inconvenienced and became this persons manager, and basically had to “work” for that discount. I’ll give it one more chance then moving on to another store. Terrible customer service. In a separate review Grooming gets five stars. Love the staff in there-Alison, Alex and Ben especially
