They disregarded several of the things that I asked to be done and I debated about calling at all but finally decided that I would. This is the first time I have called and they said that I had complained several times and that they were gonna sever my ability to bring my dog in anymore. The only things I’ve complained about in the past or the fact that they discount program that I’ve paid for Was constantly being dropped and then when I would come in they would say I didn’t have it. I would have to start all over again. I don’t recall ever complaining about his haircuts because they’ve usually been pretty good. This haircut was just awful!!! It really is the worst thing that I’ve ever witnessed. I’m really upset by them trying to make out like this is my fault and not theirs. This is absolutely the first time that I have ever ever called in. The girl that I talked to is also his groomer and she was not at all nice!
