They were gentle and caring with Spanky. I'm recommending Vetco to my friends and neighbors. Thank you for your service.

This is really hard for me as the service the vets provide is fantastic. But, the customer agents on the phone need to be educated on letting people know what to expect. I had an out of town trip to Southern Oregon, I was asking the person on the phone if I could get flea/tic meds for my dog, they said absolutely. They did not explain that my dog would need to be tested, though, still not a year from her last flea tic meds. So I walk in on Sunday to get it and was told I needed to have my dog tested for heartworms. I had not brought my dog in with me, so I had to run back home where we were packed and ready to go to then bring my dog back in to be tested. If I had been told beforehand, I would have brought her in the first time. Any prep work that needs to be completed should be disclosed at the time I called in. Please educate the people on the phone to let us know what needs to happen. Of course also not being told the cost so adding on the $ for the test on top of the medications. Please take into consideration and train the people answering the phones, this would have been a five star, but I can no longer give that based on the whole experience.

I took my dog Loki to the Vetco clinic for the first time this passed Sunday! They were able to catch him on his most of his vaccins, and set time to come back the the other vaccines. Great customer service and cheaper than the local veterinarian.

I went to Petco to get my dog vaccinated with your Vetco service. The intake person was great and the vet and his assistant were terrific. The vet was thorough and explained what he was doing, kind, and loving toward my dog, LeRoy. Thank you!

Here's the deal, it's essentially a pop up vaccination clinic. I feel like most negative reviews were based on different expectations. When you come in, there's a little table to check in, and you hang out in the aisle waiting for your turn (if you get stuck behind a big weeny of a dog like mine, you might be waiting a while). It's just a little table in the back, open to the store. THAT ALL SAID, the techs and the vet were LOVELY. They were sweet to my pets, as quick as they could be, and all things considered, I think that 15 minutes for a stubborn dog and a scared cat to get all shots, blood drawn and heartworm test results was pretty good. The super duper bwave dog behind us put us to shame and was done in like, 2 minutes. Most important though, is that if your pets are healthy, and don't necessarily need a full exam, it's a big money saver. It was about $600 for EVERYTHING to catch up my 2 adult pets (1 cat, 1 dog) plus 6 months of flea/heartworm medication for both of them. It's usually $600+ at the vet. For one of them, without the prescription. Only down side, don't forget anything! In the chaos of my dog being ridiculous, the vet forgot about a food prescription (which is all good, I get it) the down side is that so far, because it's not an established clinic with an office, it's been a major pain to try to get in touch with anyone to get that fixed. Overall though, as long as you know what you are getting, and are happy saving a big chunk of cash, and aren't picky about the set up, the staff is great, and my babes are healthy, and to me, that's all that really matters.
