  I feel like this Petco is a little different from others I have experienced, in a positive way. While it's a smaller store, at least It seems that way, it's clean and it has a higher end feel, with plenty to offer. It almost has a boutique vibe. Buy online and pick up at the store, the online savings are better and also Petco will price match their online price (not online exclusives or online discounts).

  I had the absolute worst experience here! I just finished reading others reviews and feel so much better about how I reacted to the employees here. I went here to get my daughter a hamster. We waited in line to talk to the two lady’s at the cash register because we couldn’t find anyone in the store. Not a big deal at all. I asked if someone would be able to help us get a hamster out for my daughter and one of the girls was like yes let me call someone. She was very friendly. The other older lady standing next to her was like no you need to go on lunch and I’m helping with another animal emergency. She was rude, aggressive, and acted like my 7 year old daughter and I were such in inconvenience. She said no one would be available to help us for an hour. I was not happy. There was no effort in helping us and the rudeness was insane. I immediately said why are you speaking to me like that a costumer that has come to purchase something from you. She again said I have other things I need to do. I said that’s fine but dont talk to me like that and I can’t believe you speak to costumers like that. I said I’ll take my service somewhere else. I wish I had gotten her name. I will never go here again or any Petco for that.

  I called ahead to make sure they had my dog’s prescription food. They did not tell me when I called that the vet wasn’t in and they couldn’t fill me food. I drove over 20 miles and couldn’t get my food. The manager didn’t even apologize. Livid!

  I went to Petco because my pup lost her ID tag. Petco has a tool for imprinting a tag. It worked perfectly! My pup now has ID for her collar. Relieved dog Mom.
