They do not say to bring in your dogs current vaccination records (unless they have been doing them all). They do say to wait in your car until you are called, maybe a hold over from the pandemic? They do not call. The woman checking in appeared frazzled and frustrated with clients, very defensive. The women actually doing the shots were wonderful with my timid dog. You do pay for the convinance of the clinic.

Appointment was supposedly one of the first scheduled that afternoon, but several people were already in line whose appointments were for later time. They were taking pets in order of who showed up first, the appointments were out the window. And the vet was about as caring as a black widow. Any amount this place charges is too much.

You can tell this vet enjoys her job and enjoys animals! Much more pleasant than my last visit at the Happy Valley Vetco clinic.
