  I don’t ever leave reviews cause I think it’s tacky, but the employee at this location, I believe her name is Gracie, who often helps get mice and fish, is AWFUL to be around. She is bossy, very rude, rolls her eyes at customers and coworkers, and even scolds or insults her coworkers in front of everyone in the store. Her behavior is unbelievable and I hope it is taken care of very soon, as she makes everyone uncomfortable.

  Store doesn't have what you need but it says they do online. The stores never seem to have what you need but then they don't understand when they go out of business because they're not getting the sales because they can't keep products on the shelves. This is why Amazon is putting you out of business. If you don't want to go out of business put products on the Shelf

  ⭐ 1 Star Hands down, this is the worst Petco location I have ever been to. I will never come back here again, and I want other customers to know exactly what they’re walking into. The staff at this store are rude, unprofessional, and act like they couldn’t care less about helping anyone. It honestly feels like the place is being run by a bunch of kids who have no business working in customer service. Every single time I come here, there’s a problem with my Vital Care account. Every time. I end up spending way too long at the register trying to get something fixed that should’ve been handled properly the first time. Usually, there are one or two employees who actually know what they’re doing and are kind. But the rest? Rude attitudes, no respect, and zero effort to actually help customers. This time was the last straw. I got frustrated (understandably), and my mom even tried to apologize to the employee. Instead of being professional or showing any basic customer service skills, the employee acted like she didn’t care, rolled her eyes, and basically ignored us. That is not how you treat customers. Then I called to talk to a manager, and that was somehow even worse. She made excuses, said she “just got on shift,” and told me to call customer service for my issue instead of handling it like a manager should. Then she hung up on me. That’s completely unacceptable. This store clearly doesn’t value its customers. The employees are rude, immature, and have no training or professionalism. If you care about being treated with basic respect, do not come here. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.

  I did not recieve membership discount at register . I was told its not automatic to do that. Thankfully I requested a receipt and noticed. The receipt makes it very difficult to read actual price recieved. Upon requesting and returning with receipt I was not issued the full amount due. I received 12 dollars and some odd cent back when it should have been 15 and some change. I am canceling my membership because it appears employees are trained to scam members out of there discounts.
