- MMMsPookiesmomApr 7, 20265.0I didn't bring my dog here, but I'm writing this because of the warmth and caring I received just talking to the lady on the phone (Shondel, sorry if misspelled) and the Vet she talked too. My dog got attacked by 2 aggresive dogs and they gave me excellent advice. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I'm in Cave Junction, but if I ever need vet help again, I would not have a problem driving the half hour to go there.

This was our first time going in and the facility itself is so beautiful and clean, and we were helped by the super friendly staff right away. They were understanding and very helpful coming in and leaving (even with different staff members) when I told them my girl doesn’t get along great with other dogs. When we went in the exam room, the vet tech helped us quickly, was super friendly and sweet with my pup and she genuinely cared about what was going on with her. After informing her, the veterinarian came in quickly and surprised me by how knowledgeable he already was about everything happening. I’ve been accustomed to having to explain things several times, but he was on top of it! He was super friendly and gentle with my pup, and completely understanding when I explained to him my financial situation and goals with treatment. He and the vet tech were very thorough and again sooo gentle despite my dog fighting them during the exam. They were so patient and kind and the veterinarian quickly brainstormed a great treatment plan for her right on the spot as he finished her physical. He offered something in alignment with my needs and also offered to give me a quote if further surgery is needed. The pricing for everything was so fair and affordable, and I felt relieved and very supported during this whole process. I will forever recommend Lincoln Road Vet to everyone! Thank you guys for the amazing work that you do - you are all true Earth Angels 🙏💕
