Not only were they far less in cost over other estimates, they were compassionate and responsive. They did the surgery the same day I called, explained each thing to me and were very supportive.

The staff is kind and professional, attentive and thorough, non judgmental and helpful. I really can’t say enough good. We had an emergency and no one else would accept us. Dr John explained everything so we were very clear. He did a beautiful surgery and did not do unnecessary things to add in your bill. The water falls soothe your pets with a nice fenced yard outside that helps them to relieve themselves before and after as we all know how stressful it is for our furry friends and us when they don’t go before a procedure or surgery. They walk them around too! It is clean and smells actually wonderful! In addition, it was about half the price of what we have paid in the past. I feel like we just got a new family friends and support system. Thank you our new furry friend family! Brenda and Brian Sturdevant
