Dr. Teri Sue is the best! We have a 2 year old golden and a 2 year old lab that have been in her care since they were puppies. They are healthy dogs! They eat a raw balanced diet and are not exposed to chemicals. I see some of these reviews about the clinic pushing their products. I feel the need to come to their defense because they spend the time to do their research. They don’t choose companies because of the financial gain. They choose companies that are morally and ethically responsible, source healthy animals with humane practices, and use organic ingredients. Another thing, the staff hasn’t changed much in the 3 plus years I’ve been going there, and they all seem happy to be there. So from what I can tell she treats her employees and all her patients very well!

useless. Im a semi disabled veteran, did stuff for my country in the cold war, ive been thru cancer twice, cant get disability , cant drive. My rescue cat that ive had for 10 years needs to be put down and i dont want her traumitized by being put ina box , driven somewhere and get the needle. I need a vet to come to my house and put my kitty down so she wont be in pain anymore. Balance wont help, useless place.

Condescending practice with an even more condescending and “professional” veterinarian.

What the other reviewer said is all true. I called looking for a vet to examine my older cat who's limping. Left a message. Two days later, the receptionist calls me back.
How much for an office exam? The vet charges $3 per minute and a "consultation" usually runs 45 minutes to an hour. So that's possibly $180 dollars for a "holistic assessment of the animal including diet and supplements." Considering that's not even why I need a vet, that's pretty outrageous. What other professional charges by the MINUTE? (Other than phone sex operators.) And you can't opt out of this "service" either.
For an extra $35, she'll come to your house and tell you why the food you're giving your pet is wrong and why you should buy the expensive supplements she sells. Hopefully she'll throw in realigning the animal's chakras and evaluating his/her chi for free, but it's unlikely.
If you have money to throw away on your pet's unquantifiable holistic wellness, go ahead and call them. If you need actual veterinary services, go somewhere else. i ended up going to the highly rated Animal Health Associates instead and got excellent care for my pet including x-rays, pain meds, and a professional assessment of his problem.
Buyer beware.
