Dr. Teri Sue is fabulous. She gave me the worst possible news - that my cat's life was hanging by a thread - but never pushed me to do anything I didn't want to. I love that she energetically checked in with my cat first, and was slow in her approach which made my kitty very comfortable and trusting. She was generous with her time with me as my cat was close to the end, supporting me as well. She made a nightmare a little more tolerable, certainly better than any other vet I had seen. I wish I had found her sooner! Thank you for your amazing services.

Booked an appointment online for my 13 year old dog with arthritis. I went in to see about ways to manage and improve his arthritis. They spent the entire hour convincing me that I needed to change to an all raw food diet and that “he would be like a puppy again.” They did no bloodwork, no actual testing of any kind. Then after convincing me on this food, that they of course sell in house, I had to actually pay for the visit. The grand total with some of the raw food and supplements they were shoving down my throat was a staggering $360. over $230 of this was for the introductory visit alone. Again, they did no bloodwork or testing to justify a price like that. Even when talking about expensive vets, the prices this lady charges are exorbitant. I seriously regret going to this vet. Nothing was done for my dogs arthritis pain. It felt like the whole appointment was a car salesman selling me a car, but for dog food. If you want a vet to actually do something for your dog, go somewhere else.

useless. Im a semi disabled veteran, did stuff for my country in the cold war, ive been thru cancer twice, cant get disability , cant drive. My rescue cat that ive had for 10 years needs to be put down and i dont want her traumitized by being put ina box , driven somewhere and get the needle. I need a vet to come to my house and put my kitty down so she wont be in pain anymore. Balance wont help, useless place.

This place is a joke, spent almost $300 trying to get a raw recipe from them and the whole thing consists of extremely expensive branded ingredients. I specifically asked to not have any products pushed on me, but that's seriously all they did the entire time. They push the brands that they get kickbacks for, they don't care about the pets, they care about the income only. This place is an absolute joke, I wouldn't recommend anyone going. All of the underlined ingredients in the picture are branded and ridiculously expensive, like 5 to 10 times the price they should be at a grocery store. Shame shame shame shame shame, absolutely shameful. Response: Condescend much? Spending an unnecessary amount of money on ingredients does not equal investing in your dog's long-term health. I explained in my visit to you guys that my goal was to provide my dog a sustainable diet made from raw ingredients with as few supplements as possible. I want my dog to have scientifically backed natural sources of his necessary nutritional needs, it's not an attempt to save money, if I wanted to do that I would buy ol' Roy at Walmart. You say natural foods are more expensive than processed foods, yet you're pushing these processed supplements that are ridiculously expensive on your clients. Do you not see the hypocrisy there? Again, I was very specific about what I was looking for before I made the appointment, during the appointment, and after the appointment multiple times, and you guys basically ignored me the entire time.

This is by far the best veterinarian service I've ever encountered. I wish I found them much sooner.
