I brought them to there appointment 5 minutes early, was needing to get to work, and the lady behind the counter threw her hands up and slammed them on the counter. I’ve dealt with this lady before and I brushed it off the first time thinking she was just having a bad day, second time, there’s something wrong. I have spoken to the owner and she’s very nice! She’s the one that made the appointment for me!

It's sad 😞 I feel bad for my dog and my dog is a tiny dog too. We paid a lot of money for horrible caring and I say horrible caring because they allowed my dog to lose a lot of weight when I was on vacation for 11 days. Plus one of the ladies was rude.
