  I really don’t like petco as company cause I hate the way they treat betta fish and most petcos have a horrible past of throwing live animals in the trash. Unfortunately this is the only place that sells the brand of dog food my pups need. It’s a decent store and the employees are always really nice. But there was a cashier recently that rubbed me the wrong way. Judging me for not putting my dogs through training and having more then one male dog. It was very weird of them to give me unsolicited advice and made me feel guilty about owning two male dogs. Then proceeded to try and sell me petco training services. After telling me having two male dogs causes temperament issues. Like girl you’re a cashier not a vet just let me buy my stuff and leave. Don’t give people unsolicited advice either because you sounded extremely judgmental and you definitely don’t have the proper experience to be customers what to do with their animals. This was on Friday evening 4/10/26

  Our Parakeet died so we went here to get another one. The staff was very kind and they didn't take long at all. This is the 2nd time I've been here. I will come back.

  This petco store worst one to go, just go to the One next store or PetSmart! I Never had deal customer service, where person just work as retail not Veterinary!!! Lady doesn’t knw read direction on fleas Medicine and again not even Veterinary give her personal opinion and advice on it !! Not willing to sell It, to you right one for animal. Even our Local vet told us how us it… She has her own opinion which not Vet! Sadly I Always go this store and tell people to go this store location.. Than pet smart, but I guess not…. This store people aren’t veterinary having strong personal opinion what to not sale even on flea medicine… I Been giving it to cat years, no problem. Veterinary local real person advised and tell you how to do it… I’m not type write reviews but this worst customer service. Wonder if they treat you this way on what food you give your animal?…. Even if they that strong personal opinion which again not veterinary to tell What to do or what best for your animal? To go not wanting to sell it.. unless you buy what their personal opinion on what best for animal.. she non veterinary giving her own personal advice / opinion…. Alway had great experience at this store guess not now… she think save animal which not just loosing loyal good Customers and local one too!! I even bought flea Medicine from this location for 3 years and never had a problem… I just bought this flea Medicine last month and few month after that when needed!’ This time lady pink / red hair need understand not to quick to judge and assume when specially, you’re not a veterinarian!!! She must be new… I come in lot to get things for my animal just there last week had great experience worn the other coworkers as always! I’m not returning back sorry supportive nor have people Go here be here and get same service I got.. Even customer their saying she wrong and over powering the situation…
