- SCStephanie Cress3 days ago5.0We brought in our two 7 month mastiff puppies for a wellness check up and shots. Jeff was wonderful with our pups. One of our pups was very timid of new people but he sat on the floor and took his time. By the end off the appointment the pups were whining when he would leave the room and happy go lucky when he came back. He was fantastic. He made sure we understood everything they were going to do. He listened, gave us choices on products and care with the pro and cons list so me could make educated decisions and there cost so there would be no surprises at the end. We saw Dr Darby Hannah. She was very thorough with a great rapport with the pups. She talked to us as if we were friends we have known forever. Both were happy to answer questions. I am very pleased with all the staff who helped us. Overall just a great experience. Thank you Jeff and Dr. Hannah.
- AGAmy GJan 3, 20261.0I am writing to formally report an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit to Petco. I brought my dog in for what was supposed to be a free first exam, using a coupon provided by Petco. This was my first time ever bringing my dog. I was told I could not use the coupon because my boyfriend had previously brought his dog to Petco. We do not live together, and his visit should not affect my eligibility. This policy was never explained beforehand and felt unfair. What made the situation worse was how I was treated by a supervisor, possibly named Kyle or Kaitlyn (the name started with a “K”). The supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point, I was threatened with being sent to collections if I did not pay—despite the fact that I never once said I was refusing to pay. There was absolutely no reason for that threat, and it made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The tone and behavior felt discriminatory and completely unnecessary. I expect better customer service from Petco and hope this situation can be reviewed. Don’t bring your pets here !!

- BGBeetle GuiceDec 6, 20251.0If I could give them -5 stars I would. We were treated horribly by the front desk. When we got to our appointment we were asked to weigh our dog. We do have new born puppies at home so if the scale looks like it had other dogs on it I politely ask for it to be sanitized (which in my opinion it always should anyway). She straight up said no. I weigh my dogs regularly which I told her her weight, she said that's not good enough. I offered to bring my whipes to disinfect the scale, that was not good with her either. So I offered to get on the scale to tare my weight so I can hold my dog in my arms whiled shes weighed and she said please don't touch that. At that point I said thank you we will just leave and we left. Mind you we were just going in for a health check and nothing major, our dog is in good health. Anyway, I guess we won't be coming back or reffering Vetco to our friends and clients.
