- SCSonja CookFeb 23, 20265.0We have two kitties that needed to get dewormed but we weren’t sure if we had scheduled them correctly. Kenya at the front desk got us into a room right away for Jeff to start Dottie’s routine exam. We explained our confusion with scheduling and Jeff spoke with Dr. Leavitt to ensure Kit could be seen today as well. Jeff and Dr. Leavitt talked us through the options and took time to educate us on some unknowns. Since we have the premier vital care package for each kitty, the exams were free and all we had to pay for was the medication. This was so wonderful!

I'm so used to incompetent yet condescending vets and considering this is a corporate vet clinic I didn't have high hopes. I was just trying to save some money and figured I'd use my free vet visits from my Vital Care subscription. I was completely and pleasantly surprised! Jeff and Dr.Lovasz* were super gentle and informative. When I expressed concerns for new medications and Kiki's kidney disease they both started checking multiple sources online and in their system to double check for me. They made it a very positive experience and helped me get the best possible value out of the visit. I will definitely be going to them from now on. Thank you for the great experience!
