  The groomer that I take my dog beast to is really good she is the only one that my dog will let do his nails. She is calm and loving towards my dog through our his nails trim

  Our dog, Olive, always gets so excited to come to Petco groomers! They always take such great care of our sweet girl and are equally excited to see her. We’ve been coming to the Clackamas location for a few years now and love it. We will definitely continue with their grooming services!

  I wanted this to work so much because i switched from petsmart to petco ....but My first time was awful. Thr geoomer told me she couldnt get eveything done but called me and said job was done, dog wasnt bathed washed nails weren't trimmed but i surely paid for that NOTHING WAS TAKEN OFF I HAVE THE RECIEPT, and i asked well why call me and tell me my dogs done if she isnt bathed and services arent completed, She didnt know what to say was rude and defensive. They charged me 135 and didn't wash my dog didn't trim her nails or do her ears so I didn't tip her the 2nd time i went due to the overcharge the 1st time, which we spoke about and she appologized for overcharging me. The 2nd time I go in the lady lies to me tells me she spoke to someone and told them all of this stuff and I told her no it was me u spoke to and u never told me any of that i have a crazy verbatim conversation recollection. So after I left 2nd time I didn't tip, she again didnt nail trim do gland exprsssion or her ears, but i was charged again for this package she told me I needed to see a vet to have my dogs ears done b4 I return for her 3rd appointment which I spent $350 on vet stuff having her ears done to convenience the groomer trying to build repore and getting her a relaxing medication another $50 so when we come back we've checked off the list of stuff well i call to tell them I completed their list of stuff for me to do and they say no your dogs not allowed to come back...I know its because i didn't tip the 2nd time due to the look she gave me which was so foul and rude once she saw I put $0 well I'm sorry I was completely overcharged and u admitted to me u didn't complete my services but still charged me. Now u give me a checklist of stuff which cost me over $400 and u won't allow my dog to come back ... This lady is rude, isnt good with dogs,lies,and is very selfish beware of this sunnyside location its the WORST they will kick u out if you don't tip them they will overcharged u and they will lie say they said things they never spoke to you about. All and all to give me a list of stuff to get done b4 my next visit and than I go do this than to NEVER MENTIONED TO ME MY DOG ISNT ALLOWED BACK UNTIL I CALL TO SCHEDULE HER NEXT grooming and to update them that i completed their list of stuff to do to make harpers next grooming experience a more successful visit i wouldn't have gone through all of these suggestions if they didn't leave me with thr impression I was allowed to come back, who would ?! Let alone to lie and blame my dogz behavioral issues because u didn't get a tip and than to make me think once I had gotten her ears done and the sedative itd be easier for them so I do this for their convenience which cost me a ton of $ and I've been overcharged 2 times now and treated like crap ....I wouldn't recommend this groomer at all. They cost me a bunch of $ for nothing and than told me i couldn't come back, again me being a people pleaser I try to follow their suggestions thinking I could keep my dog i just got in 1 location and it would get better....even taking her to a vet to have them do her ears since 2 times this groomer couldn't get them done. Ive done everything I could to make it easy for them so my sog can get groomed and they kick u out cus u don't tip it's bull crap. I even have a witness who went with me to every visit and seen this happening and he's a 71 year old man who was like I dont like how your bring treated and he can confirm they never led us to believe harper couldn't come back. He witnessed the lies the rudeness the overcharging hwr being argumentative her giving me a list of stuff to get done b4 we came back, which we did for this Groomer. Shes the worst.
