    Up until our appointment today, we have had great experiences with Petco grooming. We have felt safe leaving our nervous golden doodle in the hands of Star, Tatiana, and Alexa, who have all been cheerful and lovely (and have done a wonderful job with our boy). However today, upon picking up or dog, a new groomer complained about him in front of my daughter and a few other customers and told us this would be his last visit. I was baffled and embarrassed, and left without saying anything. Our dog has been groomed at this location for years and no one has ever made comments like that to us before. He can be anxious at times, but no other groomer has suggested that he was “ill behaved” or told us not to come back. I have been a loyal Petco customer for 15 years and this has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

    First time going to Petco grooming and totally worth it! Star did my dogs bath and haircut. She is super nice and made sure my dog felt comfortable.

    There couldn't have been a more inviting team for our little rescue pup. He is normally anxious and leery of others, but he embraced the care provided him. Now we're happy he's got his vaccinations and he's happy because he's feeling freshly cleaned, bathed and comfortable.
