I did try to contact them before writing this review but they DO NOT have a way to leave general feedback. The website only offers help with specific predetermined issues, like a problem with an order. The biggest drawback is that online pricing is inconsistent with in-store prices. Frequently products are advertised online for significantly less than they are available in store (one time purchse price w/o coupons). For this reason, I strongly recommend Amazon for your pet needs as the pricing is transparent.

There was a glitch online and our pickup order and his suggestion after him and hawing to call customer service. We showed him our order and he just scratched his head and said that’s odd and didn’t know what to do. We drove over a half hour away because our local petco was out of our dog food, very disappointed in the customer service!
