Got some different employees in there and she was pulling on my dog neck trying to get hom thur the gates. When I told her he isn't going to go and dont pull on him he has a bad back. She said he has to walk. I told her he has need walk before they have always carry him. I ended going home.. because I refused to let her pull him by the neck

I took my cat in with an upper respiratory infection and it only cost me like $106. I travel an hour and a half just to get here these people are so amazing if you needed a vet this is the place to go.

Susie is a gem-patient, talented, and made every visit a joy for my baby. She no longer works here and I'm gutted. I’ve always heard management is a disaster: zero communication, no empathy for their team, and pushing groomers to handle way too many pets a day without support. It's no wonder they can't keep good staff! This turnover messes with my pet's care and leaves loyal customers like me high and dry. Petco, your corporate greed and poor leadership are burning out your best people and ruining the experience for us pet parents. Step up, treat your groomers like humans, not horses. In light of this mess, I am happy that I was able to get a hold of Susie and I’m happy to say that I will follow her new salon :,)!!!
