So sometime last night he went down hill fast couldn't stand or walk. So sadly it was time. We brought him 15 min early explained our situation and YOU would not see him not only that but told us that you wasn't sure if you could do anything and we would have to wait. Not to mention that your people at the counter has ZERO EMPATHY. Acted as they didn't care. and this has been Milos vet for his entire life. I have to say that I am disgusted and hurt that you would treat us this way in our time of need. Clackamas Pet Clinic has become heartless and pathetic and we will be sure to tell at least 10 people. I wish I could give you NEGITIVE 5 STARS

I started bringing my animals there because they were open 7 days a week. Right now due to lack of veterinarians, they are only open 4. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible. And nothing is automated so, when I needed to get a copy of my dog's rabies vaccination around Thanksgiving for a grooming appointment, I couldn't get it for 2 weeks between the combination of their hours and closures for the holiday. If this were a one off, I'd understand; but in the 5+ years I've brought my pets there, they've been understaffed to the point of near closure three different times.
