- KMKC McCormick2 days ago2.0I got a their free pet exam to get my cats prescription refilled (the vet wanted 120 for the refill appt!) And the entire appointment was just upselling from the veterinary assistant which is expected but she was so rude when the veterinarian came in saying "yeah, she just doesnt want to do anything for her I guess..." with an attitude. Just because I didn't want to pay twice the price for my cat's meds and shots than I usually do! If you offer a free service then it should just be that without pressuring and guilting potential clients to the point they don't ever want to come back. She got her shots by the way for 70 dollars at the shelter instead of the 150 they quoted me.
