- BFBlythe FreemanJan 21, 20211.0I wanted to use the self service dog wash. I was told on the phone that I could groom my dog as well as wash her. And also told that help would be available if I needed it (like getting my dog into the wash station or on the grooming table. I was so disappointed that not only did they not want me to groom my dog but only wash her. Was rushed through my appt. and when had difficulty getting her into the bath was told they were not authorized to help me. It was stressful and I was not able to complete my grooming project. So disappointed. Will not be back.
- NTName TagSep 4, 20203.0They get a generous 3 star because im covid mask motifyed meaning i have a doctors not for the mask. They have a aign posted outside saying all mask required unless youve got reason to not participate. Which i do. The employee still said i needed a mask. When i showed her the policy her companty states on a sign out front of the progress ridge store ahe just looked at me and said her company store policy required mask. Again i showed her HER COMPANY SIGN THAT SAID WITH THE EXCEPTION OF. She still insisted. I ask her to get a superviser who told her to let me in and shop... Sometimes even if thw sign said yea the uninformed employee will say no... For that it is a lack of proper training and a loss of 2 stars.... The rest of the expirence was standard as to expect when picking up pet food..
