I called into to the store today to see if I could get another copy of the return receipt and the employee on the phone said they aren't able to print receipts from that long ago?? This was 16 days ago, not even a month. When I asked for help on where or how to get this receipt, the guy on the phone just told me to call customer support again. He just said sorry and then hung up before I could respond. Very rude staff. I come to this location often but don't think I will anymore.

Got her with mbd. Bowing of her limbs when I got her. And fractured bones. And she is out of the warranty. I am going to do everything in my power to help her. But it is bad business to sell an innocent creature in this bad shape to someone. Care for the animals you have, fix them before selling them off to be someone’s else problem.

Don’t bother if you want to buy fish because you won’t get anyone in that section even if you ask. They’re either on break, talking to one of their friends, or flat out ignoring you. I’ve been trying to buy a damn clownfish for a week now, waited 45 minutes in the store and walked out empty handed again.
