Their doctors are great, and staff is nice, but NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. It's really concerning if you have an emergency or question or really need to talk to someone

I love the staff at the Progress Ridge Banfield. They are kind, accommodating and so professional. They did not try to sell me additional services my cat did not need. I’m a loyal client.

They always take great care of my cat, even when he is cranky. I leave knowing exactly what the treatment was that day, and when he needs to return. All of the staff love animals and show it.

I spent $600 on a visit and lab work for an otherwise healthy energetic cat with severe diarrhea issues, only to be I was sent home with an over the counter probiotic. I wait 3 weeks to hear back on the results of the fecal test before deciding to reach out myself and got voicemail only. Several days later I received a response - all results were negative so they wanted to see her again before prescribing medication since I’d see no improvement - with a $300 estimate. I declined, deciding to contact another vet instead - who told me over the phone to try plain roasted chicken and pumpkin purée for her meals. Saw immediate results so needless to say, I will not be returning to Banfield.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
