They charged $30 extra (each dog) for 'deshedding' shampoo, which isn't necessary since she clearly shaved them. You should never shave a double coated dog and any reputable groomer would know that! The long beautiful hair on both of their heads and faces is just gone and now they don't even remotely look like Pomeranian. They were both done in less than two hours, normally their groom takes two hours each. I'll NEVER take my dogs there again. Absolutely awful and one of them is still traumatized by this visit.
