No one ever showed up so I had to walk around the store again looking for an employee to help me. After bringing home the fish I bought, they must have brought home a disease because they killed my whole tank. One by one all my fish died after bringing home the new fish.

She was terribly confused on how to treat people and their children. My son is a human being learning in this world and does not ever deserve to have an item taken out of his hand nor have his personal space invaded by a random adult. She had no sympathy and completely denied her actions when I requested her information to be speaking to corporate she said all she had to do was give her first name (bonnie). I will be making a complaint against her because my son was emotionally and physically upset with how he was treated by her and my husband was kind enough to give her more work to do. Since she felt the need to keep the place spotless and disliked my 9 year old touching the toys/merchandise available in the front of the store. He was not in the wrong and she does not deserve to work in an environment where children or even animals may move or grab items or bounce a ball. No manager should treat or put themselves in a position to discipline another persons child.
