She is great with my dog and shows the before and after pictures of my dogs teeth. She will also let me know of any problems that have occurred. My dog comes back to me not looking stressed or agitated. Overall a great experience and a great savings as opposed to paying $1200-$2000 at a vet. Do yourself a favour and give Pam a call.
