So I took my dog to the groomer here at petco and let me tell you this place is horrible the manager Leslie smelled like alcohol super strong she was very rude when I dropped my dog off and when I picked him up the dog didn't even looked bathed smelled like mold nails was half done hair was choppy and ears didn't get cleaned. Then when I asked the drunk manager who did my dog because I wanted a refund she proceeded to yell at me saying she did a good job that idk what I'm talking about. This kind of behavior from a manager is absolutely unacceptable I'll never be going back there as long as the drunk manager works there she needs to be fired drinking on any job is unacceptable she's gunna kill a dog one day just glad it won't be mine hope things change up there

If the isles were wider I would give them five stars. ALWAYS bumping into inventory trying to get around in the store.

MANAGER WOULDN’T SELL MY BUDDY A CHAMLEON!!! My buddy who is new to reptiles wanted to get a chameleon, so my other buddy and I decided to help him out since we know more about reptiles and chameleons. Well my buddies go and get enclosures and the rest of the essentials he needs whilst looking at chameleons at 3 different pet stores including this one. So the next day we drive 3 pet stores weighing our options, choosing to go to Yukon last since it’s the closest location home. So my buddies n I walk in and walk straight to the chameleons knowing we wanted to buy one, after doing all this preparation, also driving an hour and a half to the city. It already takes 10-15 minutes to get an employee to come assist us. Once the employee arrives, we let her know we want to get the chameleon. In which she starts bombarding us about the enclosure we got (which is a 18x18x36in & temporary enclosure) and after somewhat arguing about the enclosure. Well she goes and gets the manager who is named Micheal. As Micheal walks up to us three, he asked us “chameleon?” we reply “yes!” In which bro stated “No, not today we can look at anything else besides chameleons.” In shock my buddy ask “why” and his reasonings were, how there extremely hard to care for, we weren’t fit to have one, our enclosure isn’t good enough, and how we need to do more research then come back. Then my buddy trying to figure out the situation ask “how would you tell if someone is qualified to take care of a chameleon?” His response - “I’d ask questions and see how knowledgeable they are on chameleons.”… up to this point we were never asked a questions about our knowledge of taking care of a chameleon besides him asking my buddy if he’s ever owned a reptile. (which he hasn’t but my other buddy and I have) then anytime it came to questions about the chameleon, Micheal would simply ignore the question and say “let’s move on over here” (to rest of the reptiles other than a chameleon) or “let’s look at some more of beginner reptiles for you instead.” We even tried to show him the enclosure we set up to show it was ready for him and he refused to acknowledge that he won’t be selling us a chameleon. So we ended up going to the Petco on NW Expressway. Which they sold us a chameleon, gave us some extra tips, answered questions we had and overall better experience than Yukons location. 0/10 would recommend. Slow, rude, not professional, and very immature PS - Micheal if your reading this we got chameleon and he’s a happy camper!!!
