Just started coming here a few months ago everything has gone smoothly and most all staff very friendly. I took on a stray kitten he got really sick and received great care very quickly. My most recent visit was for a new kitten she received wonderful care from Dr. Opbe and Becka who we have seen a few times they took her and my boy in like they were family and spent time answering all my questions as im a new cat mom. Really enjoying the wellness plans as well. Queso on left taco on right lol.

In this economy, don’t ever take your pets to Banfield. Save time and money. Take them to a private practice, where they actually care about animals and they’re not just a money hungry corporate establishment.
Scheduled a drop off appt at 8AM for my cat because she had a laceration. About 1 hour before the hospital closed I had yet to hear back from anyone about my pet. We ended up calling THEM and were advised that they did bloodwork today but she would need to come back tomorrow for surgery. Out of pocket for them to essentially only do bloodwork and rabies vx, Came to $400. When asked how much it would be up front for the surgery the next day it was $900 excluding medication. They claimed they needed to do dental work on her in conjunction with the surgery to “make it cheaper”. When I asked how much it would be without dental work, they advised it would essentially cost more, unless I settled my issue with the wellness plan I had in 2021 and then I could get a little bit of a discount… If you ask me, the whole experience overall felt predatory and really just out of line. I never mind paying out of pocket, but nearly $1300, for a 3-4 inch laceration and asking me to dental work while she is sedated, to “make it cheaper” is a strange concept.
I ended up taking her to Yukon Hills Animal Hospital which was 1 min away, and the same day they did bloodwork, exam, medication AND surgery, for $500 out of pocket and she was done within a few hours. Not to mention it would have been cheaper if I opted out of the bloodwork. However, I had them run bloodwork again because Banfield advised that my cat had anemia and will need some follow up on that; however, yukon hills reviewed with me, that her bloodwork came out perfectly fine.. so do with that what you will..

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
