I've been to other Petco's with quite an exceptional experience with the customer service and product selection however this store has disappointed me on two occasions. The first time I couldn't find an employee and when I found my products and brought them up to the counter but when I got up to the counter the price I was rang up was entirely different than what I had itemized and adjusted for tax resulting in a less than happy checking out experience. The second time I couldn't find an employee and the product I needed was out, no employee to ask for help. Not coming back for more dissapointment
