Special shout out to Marissa - who took the time to show us different options for cat litter, the cat clearance bin, talking to us about available reptiles and about the rescue cat they have available for adoption. You can tell she truly cares about what she does! She deserves a bonus and some recognition!
- TSTeresa StokesFeb 21, 20261.0I would love to give them 5 stars, because, Jennifer does good with Max and his grooming, however, I can't!! I am so frustrated with the fact I always schedule an appointment, one they give me. I believe when I'm given a time for my dog, then he should get groomed close to that time. Unfortunately that's not the case. They end up doing other dogs that come in before him or who knows what else. But, when they give me a 1015 time to bring him in for grooming, I expect him to be groomed somewhat close to that and take 2 hours tops (which is average) Unfortunately not the case more times then I can count...example..Today 1015 appointment, and they still don't have him ready 5 hours later !! He's a small dog, I got told she had a couple small grooming to do real quick then she'd finish up with him (I was told this at 2)..!! Here is is 4 and Im still waiting.....5-6hrs is totally not ok !!

Ms. Sharon is always super kind and helps us with our crickets and has a joke for my daughter. She is funny and sweet and we love her! Be nice to Ms. Sharon!
