One of them was struggling to breathe and seemed to have a respiratory infection , he had yellow fungus and mouth rot, and the other bearded dragons had yellow fungus, and were very skinny and went to tell a worker and she said that they have been in this condition for a while, which tells me they do not properly take care of their animals and do not care about them. They are not selling healthy reptiles they are selling sick ones.

I was not provided any specific information on potential hamster illnesses. When the animal got sick and died after 9 days, I contacted the store and was told “that’s the agreement you signed, if the animal gets ill you agree to bring it back immediately.” I had no idea what “wet tail” is nor what the signs are. I cannot determine illness if I don’t know what to look for. I wish I had asked these questions. The store should provide some kind of take-home care/what to watch for instructions.
