I am so frustrated with the fact I always schedule an appointment, one they give me. I believe when I'm given a time for my dog, then he should get groomed close to that time. Unfortunately that's not the case. They end up doing other dogs that come in before him or who knows what else. But, when they give me a 1015 time to bring him in for grooming, I expect him to be groomed somewhat close to that and take 2 hours tops (which is average) Unfortunately not the case more times then I can count...example..Today 1015 appointment, and they still don't have him ready 5 hours later !! He's a small dog, I got told she had a couple small grooming to do real quick then she'd finish up with him (I was told this at 2)..!! Here is is 4 and Im still waiting.....5-6hrs is totally not ok !!

Ms. Sharon is always super kind and helps us with our crickets and has a joke for my daughter. She is funny and sweet and we love her! Be nice to Ms. Sharon!

- KHKimberly HixonDec 19, 20251.0I took my small Chihuahua Shih Tzu mix there on Sunday. She was physically in good health when I dropped her off. When I brought her home she was acting off and acting like she was in pain. I ended up taking her to the ER and they informed that she’s hurt her back and asked if I knew how. She hasn’t gone anywhere and I’ve been home with her all week. The only explanation is something happened here. She was fine before!! If you care about your small pets please do not bring them here!! I’m currently scared for my pet and to me she’s more than that. And has NEVER suffered an injury. She is a ESA pet and I will take this to whoever I have to. She deserves justice.
