As a "gesture of good faith" they credited my account with rewards points that immediately expired! I've been dealing with BS with the auto-ship process, the vital care membership and a general lack of customer service for months. They have my dog marked as dead on my account so now all his records have been deleted and his profile is locked! I canceled my membership and I'm still getting charged. Ive been trying to reach an actual human to deal with it but that seems impossible. 100% would not recommend any of this to ANYONE.

The prices are extremely high compared to other pet stores, and it didn’t feel justified by the quality or care I observed. What concerned me most was the condition of the betta fish. Many of them were kept in very small containers, some looking lethargic or unhealthy, which was upsetting to see. On top of that, I noticed what appeared to be a dead betta fish in a trash can? Either way I will not be back here

I went to the store on 41st in Tulsa and the two men in the store were very helpful and helped me with a price match. I would have given it five star but the phone system and that lady answering the phone was dissapointimg.
