Katie, Ericka, Sydney, Kendee, Devin, David, Dr Stallbories, etc. all wonderful, and they all went above and beyond. They are very conscious of how difficult the prices are for me on my fixed veteran income and did everything they could to make it as inexpensive as possible, help me find the right plan for me, and plan ahead for services for the future. Additionally, because they know our dog and her history so well all these years I keep coming back. Some days I’m just hurting too much to catch a bus so far out to the ASPCA too, and this location is more convenient to home because it’s in town. Medicine and surgical services are top notch as well. Worth it for sure. Thank you all so much! -Ami and Fizzgig
- JUJohn UnderwoodFeb 18, 20261.0DO NOT go hear unless you want to bombarded with a sales-pitch for their insurance plan every time you go, and when you opt not to go with their insurance because you may already have one or maybe you can't afford one, then they charge you anytime time you take your pet in, even if it's for the same injury or what we humans would call a care plan. They wanted to charge me because they wrapped my dog's leg too tight and the splint caused injury. After protesting they "waived" the office visit, but warned if they have to re-wrap it, I will have to pay. A broken toe has cost me $1200. Luckily, I have insurance that covers 90% but how do they get away with this. Seriously, highway robbery.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
