I don’t remember what the name of the Dr was that helped me on Monday but I had to put my dog of nearly 15 years down and the Dr was so nice, so sensitive, and truly seemed to care. During such a painful time for me, she was truly appreciated.

I am very disappointed in the service I have received here. I brought my dogs in for an exam. I let the nurse know that the youngest came back from outside playing and had a sore that had healed because I’ve been putting alcohol on it. I get a phone call by a male nurse, not understanding anything because he kept saying uh uh uh and pausing in between every word that he was saying to me over the phone he did not know what he was talking about. They were trying to charge me $120 to get a sore that had heels off my dog tested for cancer. It was a scab that had healed from a sore she got from playing outside and then I had another nurse when I went to go pick up my dog. Tell me that I don’t know if it was there or not. How do I not know if a sore is on my dog when I noticed it when she came back from playing outside You’re not gonna tell me what I do and don’t know about my animals when I expect them every minute of every day they’re with me constantly so you can’t tell me that I don’t know when she got this sore cause I’ve been cleaning it since she got it. You’re not gonna tell me it’s cancer when it was from her playing outside. she got a sore when she came back inside the house. It was not there before I am not stupid. I am in the medical field. I know what I’m talking about. You’re not gonna tell me about my animals who I’m with every minute of every day, especially my youngest when I inspect her body consistently I know what’s on her was not on her. I know if it was a sore if it was a cancerous lymph node I am not stupid here. I am very disappointed and pissed off at this place. I do not recommend it to anybody who loves their animals to go to this particular Banfield!
