- KSKatelynn Spring5 days ago5.0I had to bring my cat Snowflake in for some preventive care. Shes very old and gets into things but Dr kahdos and David were so nice and patient with her. You can tell they both love their job and made a point to help me with any financial questions and any care questions I had. I've been going to Banfield for 3 years and I cannot recommend them enough!
- MSMychaelyn Stanart6 days ago5.0It's not insurance and the multi-pet discount could be better, but paying monthly for a year worth of care & shots, plus discounts on other services, make giving my dogs their top notch pet care doable. I have been very happy with Dr Kondos & her co- workers for over 14 years. I would warn you that if your pet passes away, they still demand you pay out your contract. I do have some sour grapes about that but the bad taste is with the corporate people, NOT THE WORKING VETRINARIANS.

- KKKaylaApr 1, 20265.0Dr. Kondos and the entire team at Banfield on 41st were amazing. I came to them with (at the time) my 13year old dog after my last vet on Brookside misdiagnosed and mistreated my dog. After that vet said “I will give it a college try” when he was telling me my dog would likely die soon..I quickly requested my files and moved on. Banfield and Dr. Kondos cared for my more than healthy guy until he passed away recently at 17.5 years old. She sat in the floor with him on each visit, thoroughly talked through things with me, and even helped me cope with the anticipatory grief that comes with caring for a “super senior” as she called him. The staff were so warm and welcoming each visit and I can’t say enough about the care they provide. After my dog passed this year the entire staff sent me a card with handwritten messages. You can 100% trust them to thoughtfully care for your pet and keep you well-informed. Highly recommended.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
