  I might love this store a little bit too much. Because every time I go there, I can't get away without spending about a $100 because there's so many options of really cool accessories. And toys.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. I get all my dogs food, joint help supplements, toys and treats here. Whenever I have a question they are always willing to help.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. SHAY CUT MY DOG ON BOTH SIDES OF HIS FACE!!! She clearly did not use a proper guard to protect his skin. She sure did not mention anything about this happening at pickup. Being in a hurry to get back to work, I did not notice it until later. I will not ever use the grooming at Petco. This was a HUGE mistake! Shay did not listen to my VERY clear instructions at dropoff, that she said she understood! DO NOT CUT THE TOP HAIR on my dog's head! SHE SHAVED IT ALL OFF! My dog was also shaking, obviously very upset from whatever she did to him while he was there. I also asked her to be gently because he is only 15 months old. He'd been groomed many times before with no issues like this!!! She said he was really sweet and behaved well for her, but why was he shaking like that? Shay did not care one bit and there was no remorse for hurting him nor an apology. She is a terrible groomer! I took him back to the store to show the manager, and she was rude! No acknowledgement. Unbelievable! This is a horrible store! I won't be back!

  I am reaching out regarding a very concerning experience I had at your store during a recent visit to pick up an online order. Upon entering the store, there were no associates available at the front. I waited several minutes and then walked toward the back of the store to locate assistance. When I approached an employee identified as Derrick, his response was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Without any provocation, he became visibly upset and called me an “asshole” simply for seeking help. As a customer who has consistently spent a significant amount of money at Petco, this experience was both shocking and unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to in this manner, regardless of the circumstances. I have been informed that a manager, Chelsey, would be following up with me, and I am currently awaiting that contact. I would like this matter to be taken seriously, including a review of the incident and appropriate action taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. I value professionalism and respect when doing business, and I hope Petco shares those same standards. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue.
