We followed Dr. Kughn from Warr Acres because she was absolutely amazing with our old Doberman. We had an emergency with one of our cats. Dr. Schmitt was available and provided the same level of care. Dr. Dale recently had an opening that worked for me to take in my mother's dog, and she was the sweetest. The techs and receptionists are always so caring and professional. They get us into a room really quickly when we come in with our high stress cats. I could not have asked for a better team to guide us through caring for older animals. We love PNAH!

Dr. Katie Kughn and the entire staff have been absolutely wonderful, patient, and caring with our two dogs, Ricky and Lucy. From routine checkups to the more complex health issues, they’ve treated both of them like family.
Lucy has diabetes and a few other health concerns, and it can be very scary when her insulin levels are off - knowing how dangerous that can be and how quickly things can change. Through all of it, Dr Kughn has been a lifeline. They’ve spent time walking us through how to monitor her, explaining every option with patience and care, and always making sure we feel confident and supported in what to do next.
One of the biggest comforts is knowing that if something feels off, we can call the office and someone will take the time to talk us through it, answer every question, and help us keep Lucy safe. That kind of compassion and reassurance takes away so much stress and worry.
We drive over 25 minutes to get here, passing several other vet clinics along the way, but it’s worth every single mile. In January, we’ll be about 40 minutes away after our move, but we’ll absolutely keep coming. We feel so lucky to have such a kind, dedicated team supporting us, helping us give Ricky and Lucy the best care possible. We’ll be forever clients for as long as we can.

Friendly, caring, and supportive. Answered questions and ever knowledgeable. And gave information I did not know. With suggestions, and links to information for my pet. And complete and thorough exam.

I've been bringing my pets here for over 10 years. My latest dog is a healthy 10yr old & the vets take very good care of her. They were able to manage her painful allergies & her check ups are fine. I had to euthanized my cat this year & this group of vets & ofc admins were extremely kind & showed much empathy. They let me spend as much time as I needed with Salem. I also received a card from the vet with words of sympathy.

All the doctors here are amazing! They take the time to answer all questions and explain things. Usually get you right into a room so your pet isn't stressed out in the lobby with strange dogs.
