After expressing my concern the groomer told me he wouldn’t finish the job and to come get my dog. Made all kind of excuses. I’m sorry to have my dog 6 hours is ridiculous.

- NSNicole SmithFeb 13, 20261.0I was honestly so disappointed. I come in pretty frequently and the animal manager Mackenzie is honestly amazing. I wish I could say the same about today with a lady named Megan at the register. I went to check out and she was texting on her phone while someone was trying to call the front desk area, whatever it happens I looked past that. A man needed help in aquatics too and she just sat there staring at nothing, not sure what this lady is on. My child was kind of throwing a fit, he’s a toddler it’s what they do he wanted to see more animals but we had to leave and go home. She gave him the nastiest look but said “Did you find everything okay today? :)”. How are you going to look at my kid all disgusted and then immediately go to the retail script with a fake smile? My kid saw her look at him like that and he even looked distraught. I immediately felt uncomfortable. After that she looked at all my tattoos the same way, this weird mean stinky face. I said nothing to her, I said please thank you and even donated wasn’t worth my time or energy. After I checked out there was not a word said, she just handed my bag to me in silence like she couldn’t be bothered and gave me my receipt after I asked for it. It was honestly so uncomfortable and straight up embarrassing. I felt like I was being judged for buying fish food with my child and was not a worthy customer at all. If you ask me she needs to be talked to by her manager ASAP whoever it is. I will not tolerate this, she needs to be reprimanded.
