We were there 4 hours and had to go to vet the next day. They kept her in the back all that time and she reeked of urine when she came back. Apparently no one was watching her. 800.00 wasted. She got the wrong medication.

Sasha and I love coming to BanField for all of her veterinary needs. I feel very listened to and never rushed through our visit. Everyone does a really good job caring for my fur baby and providing excellent customer service. Thanks Dr. Thompson and team. Grooming courtesy of All Fur Paws 😉

Update: They claimed they care and want to hear my experience. They asked me to send an email. I did. I have never ever received any response, by phone or email. These people are concerned about revenue. Not about pets and their parents. *******They do not provide a fear free atmosphere. They do not even remotely attempt to. Banfield locations in other states still let pets remain with their parents for the exam. At this Banfield they take them out of the exam room for the most minor things. It isn't ok!!!!! This isn't the norm everywhere!!!!! Do not fall for it!!!!!! I have tried to be positive and friendly with the staff here for the sake of my dog because I have a wellness plan here to be able to afford his immunizations, etc. If I had more money I'd go to a better veterinary practice. I have been to much better Banfield locations out of state. The last time I came, the receptionist wouldn't even make eye contact. The tech was dismissive, cold, and unfriendly. The overall vibe is really negative, and I also feel that they don't care. I'm pretty disgusted and fed up and I would not recommend this place. It's been so negative and I have realized it isn't me, it's the culture and the people. But what I find most upsetting is the attitude toward my dog.
