  Pésimo servicio estoy totalmente sorprendido. Llevamos a una gatita que nos encontramos su estado era malo. Primero me dieron una cita. A las 3.00 pm despues hablaron y me la cambiaron a las 4,00 pm les dije que estaba bien y cuando llegue me comentaron que hasta las 4: 30 pm les dije ok. Al.momento que revisaron a la garita la doctora con cara de asco solo la veía, y no quizo abrirle el hocico que es donde tenia el problema solo hacía caras de asco estoy sorprendido por que a eso se dedican a ver animales me siento horrorizado de este lugar.

  We took the dogs in for teeth cleaning. The veterinarian suggested certain procedures to be done, to which my wife was simply acknowledging in conversation by saying "okay, okay, okay" as they discussed our dogs' oral health. This was apparently code for "yes, they will sign up for additional treatment" without giving a line-item understanding and billing of what was to be done with cost. In addition, after the dogs were retrieved, the probe they used for the dogs' rectum was not done properly, and they left plastic pieces inside my dog and we only found out when we picked up after him on a walk. The Vet's answer was "oh oops, he should be fine, we're sorry," and nothing else. We have no idea if there are still remaining parts of something in one of our dogs, and the same company in Norman said this case was severely mishandled. DO NOT go to this vet.

  Took my dogs here for a dental cleaning. They didn’t do their simple end tasks with taking all the equipment from my dog. They left the piece of plastic in my dog from the probe thermometer. They “forgot to check and make sure they took it out”. Never again. What else did they forget? Hopefully I don’t have to find out a bad way.

  We truly appreciate the loving care and customer service we receive at Banfield Pet Hospital. From the warm, happy greeting when we walk in, to the time taken to answer every question and educate us on what’s best for our fur babies, the team always goes above and beyond. We never feel rushed — instead, we feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. We always leave with the comforting feeling of being part of a family. Thank you for treating our pets like your own!

  Unprofessional Staff, Does not follow through with care, or even update you on your animal. I’ve brought my cat in 3 times about a sore on his stomach and the first thing they gave him (they prescribed it without touching my cat or anything literally heard me say it could be a heat spot and gave me a prescription) made it way worse. Then during his exam 2 weeks later they didn’t follow up or check in on how it was doing until I brought it up saying it was getting worse and we had to schedule a 3rd appointment where I told the doctor I want him tested for ringworm and she tested and said if it’s positive she’ll prescribe anti fungals and if it’s negative they will be reaching out and taking another course of action because it could be something else. I was never reached out to and after seeing on the app the test came back negative and they never called I decided to call and the girl at the front desk said if it’s negative he’s fine that’s why they didn’t call when he still has a sore that’s not getting any better and they can’t figure anything out or at minimum keep a line of communication. I’ve been on the OWP for 5 years and it’s ridiculous how bad the care has gotten since moving to Oklahoma. We will not be renewing the policy and will definitely never return to this location. If you care about the wellness of your animals I recommend a different company completely and definitely a different location!
