  My dog had an appointment for shots. I called to ask if I needed to reschedule because I was running late. They said no. I was 2 1/2 mins later than I thought I was going to be. I drove all the way across town. Almost a 30mins drive. I get here and because of 2 1/2 mins - they wouldn’t see us. I’ll be finding another vet. I get that I was late but I did the responsible thing and called ahead. They certainly did not try calling me to let me know. Ridiculous.

  Sam and Dr. Brown took excellent care of my dog Bailey during her dental exam and cleaning. They kept me updated and explained after care. Thank you for your dedication to our girl. Also the front desk person has so welcoming.

  Sam The Va and I don’t remember her name but the brunette vet lady are both the absolute best!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your pet here if they’re sick, don’t listen to the other people who clearly don’t care about their pets, the banfield wellness plans are worth it. My cat muffins has been so so sick for the past day, like the sickest I’ve ever seen a little kitty :( to be more exact muffins was having a very hard time breathing through her nose which is really bad for a kitty, she was soo congested. so I took her to two places with free first time appointments, the petco in Edmond and here, I wanted to see and compare the difference in treatment and prices cause nobody wants to pay an arm and a leg for treatment that might not even help. The Edmond Petco was only trying to give muffins a steroid for $146?! Yeah, $146 you read it right, for one prescription!! The petco also seemed like they weren’t all that interested in helping my cat like they had better things to do. We were in and out at that vet clinic. While here at Banfield, I waited for a little bit before my appointment (which is not a problem but rather a good sign to me because it shows they take their time with peoples babies) within ten minutes of waiting we were seen, Sam and the Vet could tell right away what might be wrong with her. They took their time working together as a team while being gentle with my baby, which is the best! The vet is extremely helpful at explaining what might’ve happened as to how she got sick and why she started showing symptoms days later. The vet told us about preventives they have as well to protect her. I told them my price range of $100+ dollars and they prescribed her two medications for $70!! Which is HALF of what Edmond petco was trying to charge me. I was so shocked by the price said yes immediately and got the medicine. I gave it to muffins in the car and within 10 minutes I could tell she was feeling much better. She gained her curiosity back and was breathing out her nose without the scary breathing sounds she was making before; she also was eating/drinking and moving around more!! What made me cry was that she started responding to her name again for the first time in 30 hours and her eyes looked healthier!!! I cannot express how grateful I am to banfield for their time and care, I will definitely be back. You can tell by the photos below the difference in comfort before treatment and after.

  Everyone I’ve interacted with at this location specifically is amazing. They are all always so sweet and gentle with my very timid cat. Kit especially is phenomenal and always goes out of their way to make sure my pet has what she needs.
