It would be helpful to not allow so many people make an appointment in one day. Today I dropped my fur babies off at 9 am and 6 hours later they hadn't even been touched and were still in a crate/cage, anxious and scream barking and crying (all 3 of them). The owner rudely told me "sorry, there were 17 dogs in front of yours". I made a complaint about his misinformation and rudeness and was told that is just how he just is sometimes... They finally finished at 4pm. The original price was 140, they asked me for 145 and then asked me if I was going to leave a tip! Ill give grace that maybe it was a bad day but there is no reason my babies should have sat in a crate/ cage for 6 hours before even being touched. No apology, no offer of discount for inconvenience and misinformation and then asked if I want to leave a tip?! As a reoccurring customer I was super upset when I left! As I said I have been coming for years and they always do a pretty good job and I have no complaints. Today was not that day, their customer service definitely let me down today.
