The day prior I thought she did a good job, but we needed follow-up care and she did not show up. I want to make sure people know, however, that their technician, David, deserves 10 stars! He was very good at his job and handled this situation extremely well!!

We have gone to them for everything from routine vaccines, the odd icky tummy, senior pet care and end of life pet care as well as emergent issues when hours allow. They held our hands through hard choices and celebrated with us when we were ready to bring home a new baby. They work amazingly with our overactive pitty puppy as well as our lazy mastiff. They took care of our senior mini weenie for almost 4 years at the end of her life and shed some tears with us when it was her time to cross over the rainbow bridge. Its not just the care they provide but how they do it, with love, commitment and heart. Dr. Belcourt and her absolutely outstanding team is the reason we will always keep coming back.

(Regular Patient) We were greeted cheerfully by Queen and she even remembered to not have anyone knock on the door! Being at the vet is never fun for our little Bear and she got some vaccines. Ashley, our vet tech, took the time to greet her slowly, and was so great. By the end of the visit she was giving belly rubs! (Big Deal!) The Vet, Dr. Eastep, was great at answering all our questions! All in all a very good experience. It really seems like they are putting together a great crew there! Keep it up everyone!!
