- LTlindsey torresMar 29, 20263.0I’ve brought my dogs here a few times, and while the groomers are professional and the final results have always looked great, the grooming time has been much longer than expected. On two occasions, it took 7–9 hours to groom my two Shih Tzus, even though they are well-maintained and don’t have significant matting. Having owned Shih Tzus for decades and used a variety of groomers, I’ve typically experienced grooming times closer to 3–4 hours.
