To make matters worse im picking up the only order they have and I had to make multiple trips inside the store since they couldn't be bothered to bring the curbside order to the curbside. Once to try and get my order and again after I was told to go back to my car outside now in a parking space instead of on the curbside to grab my phone or ID which would have been on me if they had brought out the curbside order in the first place. I bring my phone back in which only shows that im waiting for my curbside order. No order number or name for that matter just that its notifed the team and to sit tight in my car for someone to bring it out to me. The cashier asks me my name...which he could've done the first trip and gives me the only order they have waiting...no ID or order number like was initially mad to go get was needed. Just my name....especially since its locked away so only the person picking up the order would know the name on the order. Horrible service.

These things had nothing to do with my dog and finishing the groom! $120.00 I need a refund bc the cost to make him look right us going to cost me more 😤 look at the photos of the finished job ! They didn't even wash him!!!!!!!!!

She went above and beyond calling another petco to find us a kit for our tank set up. She was so sweet. Also, I think it's awesome you don't sell the animals until the tank is fully acclimated!
