- DADestiney Acosta3 days ago1.0My pup isn't aggressive and yes he has matted hair but please why did they jack him up and not even bathe him and charge $120.00 I demand a refund because they made my appt earlier and was not able to finish plus the groomer said she had to get home to nurse her kid and couldn't stay late so you should have rescheduled if you didnt have time. These things had nothing to do with my dog and finishing the groom! $120.00 I need a refund bc the cost to make him look right us going to cost me more 😤 look at the photos of the finished job ! They didn't even wash him!!!!!!!!!

She went above and beyond calling another petco to find us a kit for our tank set up. She was so sweet. Also, I think it's awesome you don't sell the animals until the tank is fully acclimated!

- SFSp FernandezOct 21, 20251.0I went to Edmond store for a product. I was told they only had a 17oz container. I wanted an 8 oz as my dog is 16 lbs. I had to order product & wait. When it arrived the top was off, not 1 drop in container. Took it back to store. I told mgr what happened she said there is an 8 oz bottle in back room. Why did no one check at the point i wanted a different size? I bought 8 oz. I used it on the dog. It was supposed to taste terrible and be hot. She licked it up!! I had to take it back.. it was a run around experience that wasted my time, gas, etc. There is another pet supply company that treats customers with value.
